Ultimately it comes down to geometry and Bergans is the best I've come across. Plus, it's durable and well thought through.

I saw this Lowe Alpine Latok 65:85 at a very goo price.
But it doesn't seem to have side pockets.
I'm trying to make some research on it for the last 20 min with no success.Other Lowe Alpine model I saw was the Kongur.
They also have two similar to that, the Kibo and the Kadam (I guess this is an older version). The prices from the last three mentioned are between 100€ and 145€.

Damn! Just received an email from one of the shop I was checking for the Latok and they confirmed my worst suspicions...
It doesn't have side pockets..."Der Latok hat keine Seitentaschen mit Reißverschluss. Er hat aber zwei kurze Einschubtaschen für Kleinigkeiten seitlich. Zudem hat er noch auf der linken Seite eine spezielle Flaschenhalterung, durch die auf die Trinkflasche auch zugreifen kann wenn man den Rucksack trägt."

I would highly recommend Osprey packs. Might be a little out of your price range but they're light, solid and they're really comfortable. Like Jay Larson said, I'd also highly recommend getting fitted for a pack. Most good outdoor stores will have some weighted sacks they put in the bags so you can walk around the store and see which one fits you best.

Thanks all for the input!
I've made my decision and ordered the Kangur model.
Still, I saw models from Nomad, Black Diamond and a few other.
In the end I hose the one I could actually test.
But also because:Having side pockets and the possibility for extra 10L when needed are both great features.
Besides it was one of the brands of my preference and...
What Projectile wrote resumes well the feeling I'm looking for.I'm sure there's a lot of better bags out there but for the budget I'm pretty sure this is one of the best.
Thanks!
