I have been using this for about a week now and have noticed a marked difference in my ability to sleep after many many hours working on my laptop.
Just thought I would share this with my fellow QBN'rs:
http://stereopsis.com/flux/I dont know if its just a placebo effect, or real.
Interested to hear others opinions on effects of blue light on circadian rhythms..
Obviously not good for colour sensitive work ( can turn off for 1hr) but it is great for me!! (dev)

Many many hours on a laptop generally sends me to sleep.

Funny, I've been using this twilight app (same principle) on my phone for the past 4 days and I've had 3 really really good nights sleep.
Like you said, it may very well be a placebo, but it works....

Use this for a few days (Screen looks utter shit when you first start) but then a week later at 2am-ish turn it off and you'll be fucking blinded.
It's crazy
- exactly!! when i disable it, i cannot believe how fucking bright the screen is at default at 2am FFSrabbit
