Cheap Sound Dampening / Proofing?

Heyoo
Im moving into a new house with a little wooden shed in the backyard, which i am planning to use as a home studio...
I make quite loud bass music, (Major Lazer vibe...) with heavy beats and loud bass and subs.I know this can get tricky and i may have to just keep the levels down, but whats the best cheap way to keep the noise from travelling to my neighbors ears?
Carpet? Sheet-Rock?Thanks!

Fill your walls with sand, Install a plywood drop ceiling, then cover the top of it with 4-6" of sand.
Basically, just add sand*.
(*I have no idea how well this actually works)
