There's agencies in Tampa???

Looking at their three "case studies" tells me that Dunn&Co doesn't know crap about design or anything.

I'd say maybe as an inspirational piece and made it really similar aesthetically but not a complete rip. Super close though. It's borderline teetering on the edge of a RIP.

^ they clearly copied the idea and style. I think we can all assume the designer in Tampa saw the original and decided to do the same thing with a different sport.
For something to be a rip, it doesn't have to look 100% like the original.

Stealing their work? hardly, that's more something BB does.
This is following a similar aesthetic.

lol at the names adam&co and dunn&co, almost like siblings, cute.
Dont see how this is a rip? It's just a style that is going to be outdated in a few years.
Yes the composition is obv. inspired, yes it has sepia tones that is trendy atm., yes it's filled with some cool looking graphics. But so what?
- Obv, adam is hipper and more thorough, dont see the point in getting all railed upattentionspan

For all we know the client held up the original and said "do this and we'll pay you".

Rip off is where something with artistic merit is being ripped off by others to profit (thus loosing artistic integrity). Here something used to sell shit to mindless fucks is being ripped off to sell other shit to other mindless fucks. Meaning one non-senses is being ripped by another non-sense. In other words: who cares???
