  This is super cheap but pointless, if you click on the likes page of this person and you see that the majority of the likes comes from mumbai and the page is about you local chicken pie shop they will look dumb. You will have no more reach because you are buying likes from fake profiles generated by a machine...

  There is a certain popstar from my country who's (seemingly) been buying FB likes & twitter followers. She got like 50k, then within a short period she got 4-5 mills, more than half are eggers. And some other only keep retweeting her for trendings. Shes creating this illusion she is that popular & it works, she landed some big ads jobs from international brands afterwards.
