It's still on Mountain Lion, so go to System Preferences, Accessibility, Mouse & Trackpad.

I'll go with the usual,
plug another keyboard,
quit photoshop
restart + hold alt
see if it still bugs

Almost seems impossible that the two would be related. Try another keyboard? Restart everything? Invent new profanities and hurl them at your keyboard. I don't think Photoshop has anything to do with this.

while using the clone tool, if i click the Option key more than 5 times, it disables my keyboard.
how to i stop this from happening. it's so fucking annoying.
i googled, but couldn't find anything.
