Looks like they have decided to clamp down on none u.s. accounts using dns as of today. Uk netflix is total dog turd compared to the u.s. They need to sort out this content soon, if they want to succeed over seas.

makes perfect sense to me. I have canadian content. .which is also dog shit. When i travel to the US i get to see the true content on netflix (which is actually quite amazing in comparison).

you know when i first read it, i read too deeply into the 'none us accounts' and it threw the whole thing off for me. Now i see that it's non, it makes sense. sorry OP.

It's alright, I'm just pissed because I was about to watch the last 3 episodes of the walking dead season 2 and they cut me off and I'm back to my shitty uk netflix, what have we got on uk netflix? The good the bad and the ugly...

We have the same DNS thing here... I'll have the check today and see if it still works. Otherwise, I guess it's back to VPN, since Netflix doesn't have NL Netflix :/

So when the hell are they gonna let me rent movies on-demand already?

i got netflix here in brazil, the same dogshit... but with some things here and there... i saw on the news that the amount of content is directly associated with the spead of the service in its location. so more people join netflix, better content they have, like better contracts they get to sign to put movies up there

I'd pay for the thing immediately if it were available in my country. And then the studios wonder why people bittorrent the shit out of their stuff.

Still waiting for this to happen to me

DNS reroute was still working for me yesterday (in UK). have they made a statement about it? Don't see how it hurts their business by allowing it. In fact I'll probably cancel if I'm stuck with UK catalogue.

Yep UK netflix is shockingly bad... lovefilm must have secured all the rights.
