  Do you all still use email to communicate with friends and people outside of professional settings?

  It seems with FB, Instagram, and Twitter, people are using other methods to "stay in touch" with people.

  I prefer email. so i can jam shit load of information in it and take my time to think before typing.
  but different people gotta use different method to reach... it's annoying...
  FB, text msg, Skype, Email, MSN messenger, Yahoo messenger , Wassap....
  people who lives in Asian uses Yahoo messenger and some uses MSN. China particularly uses QQ...
  North American Uses MSN and AOL
  European uses MSN mainly.
  Don't know people in middle east or Africa...

  Email is my primary means of communication really.

  My mailbox is also my sorter-outer and reminder-er.

  I work on my computer during the day and have computers at home. It's so much easier typing on a regular keyboard. It's free. It stays the same. It doesn't limit how much I can say. Talking to others privately is it's primary purpose.

  Facebook is where everybody's at, so FB Messenger on iPhone takes care of 90% of my communications. After that it's 5% SMS 3% Calls and probably 2% email.
  I'm personally glad that FB killed all those fucking emails nobody reads from my inbox.

  to reach someone quickly for something not that important, texts are great.
