I saw in a local listing this morning that an actual Richard Neutra case study house is on the market (in a bad market). Jealous of whomever snags this gem at such a low price. They're asking $439k which will never hold up in the comparable market around here. Someone is going to get very lucky with this one.

Architecturally speaking, nothing gets me off more than sleek, uncluttered simplicity. I've always loved his style of homes and I'm happy to see aspects of it in many of the prefab dwellings out there today.
