  Anyone able to figure out a consistent solution to shoot tethered? My brother bought a new laptop and we're looking into solutions before wiping out Lion and intall SL. We already knew it was not going to work but it actually work sometimes, but not consistently. If anyone knows a good workaround it would be great.

  He has the latest updates. Lightroom will work sometimes, then don't. The same for EOS utility and Capture One.

  sounds like a messed up usb port. having same issue, NOT a OS or LR problem. Check the cabe too....
