Another day another Indesign question.
I'm making a book for someone. The text is essentially a load of code. No punctuation, spaces, stops, hyphens...
When I paste the code, unformatted, into a text box Indesign auto hyphenates it at the end of each line.
Clicking the paragraph style in use, and turning off hyphenation just makes the text disappear. I can't work out how to do it. The code is about 24pp A4 at 7pt, so there's a lot. It is to be seen in columns 72 characters wide, with no hyphenating.

It is disappearing because unless its hyphenated its longest line length is too long for the text box.
Try it at a smaller text size, or a condensed font to allow more characters per line.

it has to be 72 per line, base64

I need it to wrap but without hyphenation

Wait, are there paragraph returns in the code? At the end of each 72 character line?
