  Why version 3? we are at 4.

  @bored2death you can download the SDK for free and develop using the simulator, if you want to test on a real device or submit to the store you need the developer suscription ($99 a year).

  People use Mono Touch to write ios apps in C#. Personally, I'd never go that route. XCode and Objective-C is really great to work with.
