  Anyone have a good resource for custom boxes.

  I need to make a paperboard gatefold invitation box like the image below, but they all seem to be made for weddings and have a silk covering

  Have you tried talking to your print reps? Let them know what you're trying to achieve, and they may have some existing dies lying around that are appropriate.

  For a one off? Die costs'll be high if there's any custom requirements — have you considered DIYing it or getting a design of yours laser cut?
