fireworks every time. Photoshop is all i ever get from designers :( but i still don't see the need for web.
Our head of design did an entire site (lovepork.co.uk) in fireworks and that site looked fucking good. Although somebody had uploaded 2mb files live lol

Fireworks Pros:
- Pages feature
- Reusable symbols
- Can type in measurements to size objects
- Easier to use (less fannying around with Photoshop layers)Fireworks cons:
- Crashes every 10 seconds
- Items keep snapping to half pixel positions resulting in blurry edges
- Tools/effects limited (sometimes need to resort to PS)I use FW for the pros above, but it would be nice if Adobe could just add those FW pros to Photoshop, then they wouldn't need to keep FW running.

hummm fireworks maybe crashes once every 3 months or something, turn snapping off and the tools and effects for a website shouldn't be necessary :D
