Hey Guys,
Anyone know what kind of contract I should have drawn up that would stipulate an equity share in a project?
Situation:
I'm designing the Interface/brand/ID for an app being developed. In exchange, the company that came up with the idea/programming it will be giving me a XX% stake in any money made from the app.
I can order this on LegalZoom (or if one of you if kind enough to send me what I need, I'd GLADLY take that too) but I don't know the name of what I'm looking for.
Trying to avoid hundreds of dollars in lawyer fees. Thanks!
