Looks like it makes a grid based on numbers you input via sliders, and that downloading said grid gives you a css sheet divided into that grid, and an index.html page to view it. But what do I know, I just fucked around on the site for like 20 seconds.

the idea is that its the best of both... yes.. it's a grid, but flexible, unlike many grids....
flexible, but not likely to lose all coherence and look like shit if somebody stretches out browser window... nice idea if it's done well...
