have had to do a job in quark (eeeeuuuugh)
haven't used it in years... it's adding a space (non-deletable space) after all my apostrophes/speech marks...
seems to be the font as it disappears using different font, but i need to use this font as it's the clients corporate typeface (proxima nova)any ideas? except for manually kerning every one?

My first instinct would be to find a better/unfucked version of that font.
- it was bought legit. and it's fine in indesign, just quark seems to be fucked.indian_pole

Rebuild in InDesign.

you can do globally operating kerning for any character.
i can' t remember where though :-/

Haven't used Quark for years, but you used to be able to adjust 'Kerning Tables' where you could manually set the kerning for each character. It may be that the apostrophes have extra space built in through the kerning tables.
