Drop box ftw.
Google Drive :
http://www.google.co.uk/intl/en/…
“Your Content in our Services: When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give Google (and those we work with) a worldwide licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes that we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights that you grant in this licence are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This licence continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing that you have added to Google Maps).”

I just upgraded to the 50GB Dropbox plan... so, that's my vote.

I've been looking at wireless NAS external hard drives. Yea, costs a little, but should be able to get 1TB+ of space that you can access remotely.
Something like this.

If you guys are thinking any other cloud storage is safer, you're living in a fantasy world. You can put whatever you want in your terms and conditions but no judge is going to allow google to publish your shitty book out from under your nose. They clearly state in their terms of service that the rights you are granting them are basically 'to provide service' to you. They also clearly state that your intellectual property and ownership rights are never in question - they remain entirely and 100% untouched and assigned to you as the original creator.
