Bike ride across Golden Gate bridge is great.
Also, if you do an Alcatraz tour, take the night one. It was awesome.
Hang out at that pier and watch those seals:
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=sa…Seems cliche, but I really had fun watching them when I was there years ago. My girlfriend seriously had to pull me away from them.

If you like scenic hikes: Coastal trail in Presidio. Lands End Trail. Golden Gate Park.
Great views from Twin Peaks, but no way to get there without a vehicle.
It's cliche, but also fun to rent bikes and go across the bridge and take the Sausalito ferry back. I think Sports basement in Crissy Field has the cheapest rentals–around 20 a day. If you get a clipper card, the ferry coast is reduced a ton too.
Off the Grid on Fridays in Fort Mason has a ton of food trucks and a nice atmosphere for dinner.
Authentic Chinatown is anything that's not Grant street.
- Twin Peaks is accessible by foot. Do not require a car.monospaced
- Too lazy to walk, will probably cab it.noneck
