  I am looking for an online type of tool that I can easily share webpage mocks and have the ability to set hot link areas that will jump between pages without making the page reposition to the top.

  I have used mockFlow, buti am looking for something that i can use my own design likes or jpegs with.

  I am just really looking for a tool that i can upload jpegs and add links from page to page without having the page jump to the top if i want to show rollovers...

  Fireworks can export clickable PDFs and I'm pretty sure it can chuck out a HTML page too.

  I use Balsamiq with Napkee.

  It's for prototype mocks though not fancy finished stuff.
