For decades, the appliance industry has used a standard of durable chords.
Why apple cannot use cords that don't dissolve into a rubbery powder is beyond any valid explanation.
This is a crime of design and is just as bad as having an operating system that crashes every day.

Other things that I don't like about Apple products:
1) my desktop iMac requires me to reach around the back to plug any USBs in, I can do it by feel alone so need to peer around the back awkwardly.
2) the form of the iphone is crap for taking photos, it's a shiny slim bar of soap, it's so easy to drop, so not ergonomic. It's hard to hold and press the shutter button with one hand.

Why where on the subject of Apple.
What the hell are Apple doing with there stupid bloody External DVD drive. My mates MacBook super-drive died on him so I brought around my Apple external drive so he could use it with his laptop, Apple have deliberately disabled it to not work with any other macs apart from the New Macbook Air, and Mac Mini's, why the fuck would you not make it work with any other of your product range? Morons.
