  A by-law passed by the City of Cape town has made skateboarding illegal on any public road, though very little is being done to build skateparks in and around the city.

  "Skateboarding is a Crime" is an exhibition of illustrations by Gerhard Human in collaboration with Woodies Ramps.
  12 unique illustrations will be for sale at a ridiculously low price. Hand printed in edition of 30, numbered and signed.
  ALL PROCEEDS will go to the development of skateparks in South Africa.

  The exhibition opens on Thursday, 26 April at Clarke's Bar and Dining Room in Cape Town (South Africa) and will run for a week after.

  What these morons don't realize is that since kids can't skateboard anymore they're just gonna cause trouble with their free time. Most kids get into skateboarding because other sports don't really appeal to them.

  It's not just in SA,
  worldwide city council want kids to get fat and sit in front of their computers/TVs all day,
  kids can't even get hurt on playgrounds anymore,
