  Just came back from New Orleans where the seafood is cheap, plentiful and ghetto. Anyone know any spots in NYC where they sell cheap oysters, like next to the docks or something? Got me a taste for SHELLFISH.

  Go to the fish market in Hunts Point in the Bronx. We bought fresh oysters in bulk, and prepared them ourselves.

  City Island is pretty yummy. 1 stop shop.. nice ride out if you're in Manhattan. Enjoy the seaside too.
