Chalk it up to business hazard. Find their office and slash their tires. Make offhanded comment about the crazy and dangerous world people live in.

Not worth it.
Let them keep what you've already given them + send them a zip with the website files & sql backup. Don't bother helping them setup new hosting or giving them nice original artwork files.
Then step away like a professional.

Instead of wasting your time with this, spend it writing up a letter with general working terms and conditions between you and your next client. Things like who owns what until when, payment terms, late payment penalties, kill fees, etc.
Use this in the future for any new client, and have them sign it before you do anything for them.
