can anybody tell me why this happens almost everytime I restart (Mac). It's been installed for 2 years without any problems

"Toward the bottom of the System Preferences panel, you should see Suitcase Fusion. Click on it and turn on the core. You should probably also select turn on at startup. You might have to log off and relog back on before it works."

happened to me, had to reinstall.

I kept getting this message as well; ended up switching font management programs and haven't turned back (or had a single issue) since.
The only solution to the above problem is to wipe the program and reinstall and cross your fingers as it seems to have a mind of its own PaulM74...

Typically this is an issue with fonts not closing properly. Try logging out and logging back in to your user account. If that doesn't fix it, please contact support for additional assistance with diagnosis. http://www.extensis.com/support
