Thai language is awesome I'd hate to have to write my name though. Thai people have very long names.

According to Guiness Book of Records, this is the world's longest name. Bangkok's official name (in Thai) is :
Here is the transliteration:
"Krungthep Mahanakhon Amon Rattanakosin
Mahadikok Phop Noppharat Ratchathani
Burirom Udomratchaniwet Mahasathan
Amon Piman Awatan Sathit Sakkathattiya
Witsanukam Prasit"Which translates to:
The city of angels, great city, residence of the Emerald Buddha, the impregnable city of God Indra, the grand capital of the world endowed with nine precious gems, the happy city, abounding in an enormous Royal Palace that resembles the heavenly abode where reigns the reincarnated god, a city given by Indra and built by Vishnukarn.
