My brother is just finishing his creative sculpture course and wants a quick web presence to show his work. I was telling him about C@rgo. Is there an others that are worth considering?

I´d go for tumblr. Maybe connected to flickr and twitter to reach a bigger audience than a 'non-social'-website.

a lot of people don't realize its not a social network site anymore but a fully featured website builder. very quick and easy for a portfolio that would look slick. I tried it for the past year. I'm not sure many other sites are offering quite the same combination of things and the design is very smooth. Recommended.

I miss the days where people designed their own unique websites, sans templates, for their folios. Those were good days.
