We are using Adobe Media Encoder but are not happy with it. Does anyone know of something better? What is the best thing out there? Sorensen?
Thanks anyone.

theres the compressor that comes with final cut, its good and fast, if you're on a mac.
theres also a converter that is doing a great job for small formats like ipod, psp, mp4, etc... its the Miro converter.
It uses ffmpeg to convert, its good, i use it a lot for client review

I've found compressor to do the best job, but is a slow resource hog of an app.
