I am in desperate need of a music video!
A record I've been working on for about a year is being mixed by this super awesome dude Chris Coady.
He's done some great releases- Tv On the Radio, Grizzly Bear, Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
My band is UNKNOWN to the world. And we don't have a glorious bank account, but if you are looking for SOME exposure (I doubt this will make anyones career) and have a leftover video project or something???
Let me know - I can send you a couple tracks!

speaking only from the experience i have had making clips for no money.. the only currency you have when there is no budget is the exposure ..
if you arent even signed, to be honest, my advice is find some money, even $400 or something, and then try and find an video producer..
if you cant find $400.. crowdsource it.. kickstarter or something..
its just if you have no exposure avenues, and you have no label.. you are going to be pushing shit up hill to find any producer with any value to do charity work..
its hard enough to make money as it is.. and if its going to be free, there has to be at least exposure in it ..
thats my 10c..

post the track. MP3 or it didn't happen. then maybe someone will be inspired to make a video. for free.

kickstarter isn't a bad idea...encourage your friends, family and fans to pitch in what they can to help you make a video. Maybe even add a small part in the video where the donators get to see their ugly mugs on part of the video.
- definitely.. 500 bucks will go a long way.. sure you wont get Michel Gondry, but it will be better than nothingautoflavour
