Illustrator Save for Web Question

BTW... It's the line at the top and left of the blue box. The gray is the save for web artboard.

you're probably not working with pixel units, so it's antialiasing your artwork that is at fractions of a pixel

Open it on photoshop and cut the top left line???!!

box probably isn't snapped to the artboard and you're dealing with decimal pixel values so it does that
make sure you check 'use artboards' too when exporting

I usually just copy and paste the artwork into PhotoShop, then optimize for the web form there. There are all sorts of quirks I find with exporting for web from illustrator... the image being 1px larger in width and height than the actual object is for example... even without borders and pixel fractions.

My document has multiple artboards and they weren't snapped to the pixel unit. QBN rocks!!!! Thanks everyone.
