  I've seen a few, right now my choice is Flexcroll, but I would like to know what methods you know to successfully, cross-browser, change scrollbars to custom ones.

  Yes I know I shouldn't do it, yada yada.
  Whatever, has to be done so... what's the best method, preferably free?
