Using dribbble is an interesting idea. Is that because you're not allowed to show proper samples of your work?

Hey guys, thanks for checking the site out. Yes we agree with you on the work thing. Case studies are in the works along with other features to be rolled out shortly. We just had to get this bugger up quick so we can focus back on some client work that keeps the lights on :) hence the 'Beta' thing....

Ahhh, you've started your own agency. Congrats man.
Looks nice, nice to see animation that's not Flash.
Here's some feedback:
No way to see the work (but I read that this is beta). Get a link to Dribble for screenshot and need to go to a different site to see another thumbnail. I'd imagine this will eventually show a larger screen within your site at some point? To be honest, does anyone really care for how many views or likes there are for each piece of work? Not sure if having 'feedback' appear is a good idea on your site. Might be a bit social media overkill.
Not sure of the significance of the triangular masks used for displaying the screenshots of the work. They're large triangles but I'm still not able to see enough of the work to know what it is or get a small preview. It's like a thumbnail that doesn't work as a thumbnail. The transition from triangle to circle is cool but what is the purpose of it.
Not crazy about the text justification in the About section. Also, not sure what Rally Interactive even does specifically (besides being interactive and doing outdoors stuff). Would be nice to get a little brief summary of the specifics of your agency and what it does.
Contact section: You guys don't have phones?
