I made 24 halftoned images made from scans of pencil scribbled and highlighter marks. When I'm making posters I'll often use something like these to add some background texture to lay text and other elements on top of. Go ahead and download them for your projects!

Not that hard to do. Scan, punch up.
Do you always keep them in Photoshop and use Multiply? Or do you live trace them?

Also, that poster is stronger than like most the things on your site.
Maybe study typography more, you could be great.
