Word search in the server?

  So is there a software that allows me to search a word among all the files in the server.

  I need to find a particular command but I can't find it in 100's of files.

  I'm sorry I'm really a noobie at this.
  I tried to use grep in Cyberduck's terminal but it didn't return any results.
  How else I can handle this?

  • you need shell access to the server.uan
  • you could download the whole directory and do a grep from the terminal on those filesuan
  • or just use spotlight on those filesuan
