working from home a lot, sititng on a shitty chair, back dying
any recommendations?
was thinking about swiss ball, anyone use one? is it good or a fad?

i hate buying stuff i have to cart around if i move, like the idea of the deflatable ball but dunno if it just a fad from the 90s or if its really good for your back

Loving my Knoll Generation, but go sit in a bunch before making your decision, a bar stool might be the right choice for you, who knows.

Personally i'd get a good chair but make sure to vary your posture throughout the day - sitting in different positions/heights, standing etc...
