It's very similar to Miller Banner italic, but has a little more personality in the thick strokes. Looks like a mix between Miller and Devinne. Ill keep looking.

This is an annoying recommendation, but it's worked for me in the past...
Trace three or four letters in illustrator, black on white. Ditch the source and save the image out as a jpeg. Upload to a font ID engine like MyFonts's WhatTheFont, and cross yer fingers.
It's a pain, but if you're desperate, it could work. Like I said, it's worked for me in the past when I couldn't wait for anyone online to ID it for me.

Thanks peeps, I will give it one more day here to take advantage of the immense knowledge around, otherwise I will go with Moderno or something similar.
