we've decided to do something with the 150 domains we've had sat around for the last few years and have set up hosting on loads of different servers and want some help
ideally I'd like someone to script a service that logs into each host and sets up wordpress, adding a pre created theme and config and populating the site with a unique first post from a library that has been specifically written to the subject of the domain
basically I want something that will save me setup time
anyone wanna quote me a price?

i would not be surprised if you were charged a very large sum of monies to automate such a thing. 10K sounds low considering all you're requiring...
log into random servers
query server for php version
admin level permissions for each provider
level permissions for ftp
set up of databases
configure installs
automate specific posting (pre populate database)this entire thing will need automated against a database set up specifically for the automation process so that once a string has finished a new would start. but as there are varying servers and credentials you'd have better luck sourcing this effort to craigslist @ $20 a pop even then that $3k plus whatever manpower is put in charge of corralling the cats you've hired
the pure idea that you're going to need databases set up prior to the installs for each of the installations doubles the workload and requirements of said script
