Just in case...you ran out of time and swamped with workloads..would you pass the project to another designer and be a middleman?
Is it unethical to add a markup?
How much should you earn? And would you do it?
I'm planning to...conscience bugging me..and might not pass my expectations and get bad rep from clients. Whats your thought?

Nothing is 'unethical' if everyone's happy.
Except when paedophiles inject children with heroin.
That's borderline wrong.

What's the problem here? Choose your designer wisely, and rest easy. Problem solved.

we often pass work on. sometimes we hire a freelancer to work for us, sometimes we pass the whole job on to one in return for a finders fee.

2. art direct the project
3. call yourself an art director
4. profit
