Hey all,
I've been trying to solve this problem for the last hour, and in a last ditch attempt at help I thought I'd ask the collective QBN brains trust.
I'm on holiday where there's no mcDonalds. I've tried playing around making my own big mac... tried different cheeses, buns etc but no luck.
Any ideas? Very frustrating!

american cheese...
ack.
"Today’s American cheese is generally no longer made from a blend of other cheeses, but instead is manufactured from a set of ingredients[1][not in citation given] such as milk, whey, milkfat, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, and salt. In many jurisdictions, it does not meet the legal definition of cheese and must be labeled as "cheese analogue", "cheese product", processed cheese, or similar."
