That's definitely a rip. And it's messed up.

Are you her lawyer?

"her "original work" is nothing but a montage of outline rips. none of those are original ideas, just copies of others" - logi
Either you're very dense, entirely not in any way involved in the design world or are just trolling.
Whicever way, even thinking about responding to you in particular about the distinction between your stance and reality is making me feel queasy - it even feels like beloved parts of my brain are shutting down, lost in the futile confrontation of idiocy.
- no doubt.ben_
- true though, doubt she can take much credit for the country outline eitherlogi
- no credit for the tank designer, she outlines it and gets credit? same for the missiles, soldier. her idea is simple and unoriginallogi
- hehe, I say the tank dsignr deserves credit! : )duhsign
- ...simple and unoriginallogi
- What country is that outline? I think she was just circling the infringement. Pretty dodgy, no matter what you think of her work.ben_

"Rip squad ma'am... what can you tell me about the nature of the problem here?"
- detritus0
I was bemused to note that one of my main Laser cutting competitors here in London had 'borrowed', then slightly reworded significant chunks of my website, as well as principal design decisions.
I'm wondering whether I should repay the favour — they've done some great work...

Let's give him the Brèt Båsh treatment!
- monospaced0
Completely coincidental!? There is no doubt whatsoever that this is lifted directly from your poster. That's not good at all.
- the idea is pretty universal though.akrok
- meaning with out seeing the other work.akrok
- universal or not, he lifted the exact art, without modificationmonospaced
- zing! no that's correct. i didn't think each illustrations was the same but then saw they where.akrok
- not just the same illustrations, but the exact same arrangement.monospaced
- that's loco.akrok

Pep Carrió responded to Luba by saying that "it was not [my] intention to take advantage of [Lukova's] work and any similarities are completely coincidental."
- oh, problem solved. As you were...Arvizu
- Wow, that's cheeky.Continuity
- VikingKingEleven0
That is not a rip.
- O wait, yes it is. Its a half rip.VikingKingEleven
- It's a rip and a half!monospaced

if anything, I think the red poster makes more sense though

I can't really decide if this is a rip, a homage or a parody.

Not like you're thinking... her work was blatantly ripped off:
From Luba's fb page:
"I just received a design catalog from the current Agitators of Conscience show in Spain, curated by Ofelio Serpa. I saw inside this book cover by Spanish designer Pep Carrió. Mr. Carrio has directly copied the idea, the symbols, and whole parts of the composition of my poster. I drew all these icons by hand and they are not clip art images that can be recycled. I wonder where is the "design conscience" of Mr. Carrió?"For the record, anyone wishing to email the offending designer, and ask him about said similarities, this is his email -
