When I don't feel like to continue, I just try to kill myself.
Usually with a potato masher. They wont let me have knive no mores.

They really need to redesign http://www.suicidal.com/ i can't believe how badly design it is.... it actually make you feel worst to be on a site like that. It can be potential life or death for someone in needs...

the last year or so have felt this. I'd much rather deal with physical pain. it's hard to talk about such matters on the internet without sounding like an emo toss.
I found exercise and spending time with good wholesome people helps. Plus standing on the edge of a new dream career (albeit starting at the bottom) is something that keeps me going, though at the same time is terrifying and ads to the anxiety.

I know I'm very susceptive to seasonal depression. The lack of sunlight really does have an affect on me. NY's is having a shit winter.
I think I need to drink more.

Running / exercise is a good idea.
Talking to someone is a good idea.
A change of scene is a good idea.
In the immediate - riding it out is reasonable idea.
Realise that it's temporary. Your situation can improve, and will improve if you start sorting it out in the right way.
