Project Planner Software Advice

  I'm looking for a software that i can use for planning & managing projects for every designer we have. Like showing the projects on calendar in a tidy way with deadlines, notes and maybe can send notifications.

  What you creative directors using to manage your work flow when you have zillion projects in your hands ?

  I just wish it had the ability to show all "Todo's" for all projects and people in the same view. The rest is golden.
