That body style is called a Shooting Brake. There are rare Shooting Brake versions of a few classic cars out there. I've always liked them.
By the way I had an opportunity to drive an Z3M Coupe and the thing is a beast.

Nicer than the bmw, but still looks like a 75-100k car, not 150 (which I assume it'll cost).
Ferrari has been missing the boat on design for a long, long time. The 458 Italia is better, but still not as sexy as Lambo has been for ages (let's not even start with their interiors).
