Hi All,
An associate of mine who is linked to an education institution offered to get me an Adobe certification. (for cheaper). I don't know the details, apparently I have to take some evaluations there.
In any case, I'm sure it is good credentials if you are a teacher, but for a regular design guy, is Adobe certified helpful having in your resume? I mean as much as a project manager gets a lot more value from being PMP certified?
Should I do it?

Could be useful if you want to teach softwares to cool chicks.

I've got an ACE in photoshop and after effects - not worth the money unless you're planning on teaching. So, ultimately, what benfal99 said.

everytime i've seen someone proudly displaying their 'adobe certification', it's safe to say they suck nuts at design.

I got a certification in Quark Xpress because I know how to run spell check.

you should just put it on your resume as a joke.
