I don't think APM is royalty free my friend. Actually I am quite sure about that.
If you used it for your project thinking it is, you'd better go get a proper license. Just a warning.
If you are looking for some free rfm, I would suggest http://www.jewelbeat.com/ which is a new find I got from a twitter message.
Of course http://www.incompetech.com/ is forever a fav but I guess there is too many people using it for everything.

http://www.opuzz.com/ has over 321 CDs and 22,000 tracks starting at $2.99 per track. CDs are $49 per CD or $69 for 2 which is what it cost for per track in some libraries. Premium quality music that is royalty free.
