Object follows mouse :: Processing

I have draw an eye and I'm trying to make the iris follow the mouse, but I'm kinda lost since the the iris is not moving.
** I'm barely new to processing

the math to constrain it to a circle is beyond me, but if you take out the check if d1<30 it sort of works
