replace color in Illustrator CS4

1. Add your Pantone to the swatches.
2. Select something with the fill or stroke colour you want to replace.
3. Menu: Select | Same...
(Everything that matches will be selected)
4. Click or drag your swatch to change the selected fill/stroke to it.
(% should be preserved... double check that)

select --> same --> fill / stroke / fill+stroke

or select CMYK colour and then open Window/ Swatch Libraries/ Color Books/ [select pantone of your choice] / click on the drop down menu on the colour palette and select "Show Find Field" then click in the pantone you want and ...

That does not replace.
I have 200 docs to change, there has to be an easier way.
