A box/bag thing that can only be used for taking sneakers home from the store is still eco-waste. Give the customer something they'd reuse over and over again instead.

so if puma are saving all this money on packaging, does that mean the shoes are cheaper?

laughable, from waste to less waste at an exorbitant price that could only be passed down to the consumer

Nice looking bag, nice initiative, but I'd snicker at anyone thinking sneakers are eco. Even the ones in a cloth bag. Buying new ones just means more plastic that will never get recycled. Ad infinitum.
Not that I'm against raping mother gaya. I just don't like the eco-trend being so blatantly abused. It's so obvious. For this kind of work I prefer, shall we say, "sneakiness". Like claiming the plastic is made of some wooden syrup, or recycled stray animals. Not just riding a bag made of cloth.

Hey Puma, why don't you just give the customer a red tote bag with nothing but the Puma logo screenprinted in white on it. Then just toss the sneakers in it along with the receipt.
That's design.
