not near as disconcerting as pinworms. thankfully, i've never had the displeasure.

I battled them for a month. This kills/banishes them. Caulk the cracks in your apartment and then make pentagrams out of Drione dust around your bed and furniture.

a good friend of mine had them in chicago. nasty little things. i guess it's a real problem in multi-unit complexes and apartments. when one place gets them, they all do.

why is it that all of the sudden there are so many reports online and on the nightly news? ... did these little shitbirds appear out thin air as if they never existed before?
they seem to love the north .. according to the maps ..
but is this shit spreading down south?- because bush is out of officescarabin

- maps reflect population more so than climate, i would think?inkpink

i've heard its partly due to the removal and banning of asbestos in buildings. nasty shit but used to keep the bugs at bay.
also massive increase in global travel, warming etc.

They're everywhere in Vancouver, i know a few of people who have had the horrible misfortune of encountering them. It doesn't appear to matter if your rich/poor or live in a upper class or low class neighborhood, which is the worst part.
- which is the worst part... ? so yer better than them? ;)inkpink

- I would say a problem that doesn't only affect the poor is a good thing as there is more chance a solution can be developed.polyestercorp

naha, just like roaches there is a way to deal with them. but none of the spray-and-forget solutions work, the only reliable way is to use dust (again, just like with roaches) and leave it so they don't come back.

I like bugs that discriminate.
