Looks like a winner for the 99p website. Sweet.

Looks more like an equivalent to iWeb rather than something for the web guys to worry about.

why does this online tool do stars far easily than Illustrator?
Adobe teams are a bunch os fucktards...

not a fan of the dark adobe interface, but it cold be good. Lots of flexibility for something you can just download. Dont know their real reason for making this.

Looks nice.
I guess it would be useful as a web editor for InDesign documents...

i was speaking to an developer of plug-ins for InDesign the other day and he was interested that I use Illy as my prime app. He said that Illustrator is written using really old code, and is less maintained than other Adobe products. Although it's too popular at the moment to be canned, the suggestion was that Adobe have rather abandoned it. A shame as I still think it is the boss app.

- Makes sense. A lot of the vector stuff in illustrator can be done in InDesignGlitterati_Duane
- Plus, the Illy Object Model is really a mess compared with the ID one.ItalianStallion
- This, I do not want to hear.
Adobe needs competition NOW/AHORA/MAINTENANTdetritus - I agree. InDesign is so shit compared to Illyhans_glib

ukit.. we will see soon enough.. they have launched AIR 2.5 runtime for TVs, mobile phones, tablets and so on as a unified platform.
Project Rome is obviously a tool for beginners and people who want to make a website quickly and simple.
And hey.. I'm sure some of Apple fans are hating it because if people do use it a lot it means that none of that shit will be viewable on ipads and iphones which will obviously make Steve Jobs go on another earnings call and talk shit for 15 mins about Adobe too.
